CEEF does not sell names or other personal information about our Website users to mass marketers, nor do we engage in exchanges of such information.

We share your donor information only with the participating School Non-profit organizations for which you make a donation or purchase. These School Non-profit organizations are required to comply with confidentiality requirements and use any optional personal information you supply (e.g., Student Name, Grade, Classroom, Teacher) in the same manner as if you provided this same information on one of their paper forms, for membership purposes only.
We reserve the right to use personal information to protect the security or integrity of our Website; to protect against a threat to personal safety or destruction of property; to protect against legal liability; or to cooperate with government officials or parties in litigation, or as otherwise required by law. We may also share personal information with our successors and assigns in accordance with the law.
Privacy of Children
We are pleased when youth visit our Website to learn more about CEEF and any participating School Non-Profit organization to learn more about the programs and activities offered at their school. However, we do not knowingly solicit data from children or knowingly reach out to children under the age of [14].
